Personal finance regarding vehicle and bankruptcy | www ...

Facing financial problems. Do we do Bankruptcy, or Consumer Credit Counseling, or let our vehicle go back to the lender, or sell it privately? Have not had good results in trying to work with the lender. Have not made any payments for about 5 months now, finances won't allow it. Live paycheck to paycheck. Want to keep vehicle if we can, only one car between us. Don't know what pathway to go.
